Roll Forming Machine Technologies
Roll forming is a high-precision and continuous production technology in which metal sheets are transformed into the desired profile by passing through successive roller stations using a cold forming process.
This method provides low scrap rates, excellent dimensional repeatability, and high production stability.
By integrating systems such as slitting lines, cut-to-length units, press cutting, and servo flying shear systems, roll forming lines can be converted into fully automated production systems.
